Hello, my name is Benson. I am the fitness coach for Elite Performance NV who specializes in helping you build muscular strength and size while also creating an overall leaner physique! I am a fitness enthusiast myself with thousands of hours of  science based research on all things fitness. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy Of Sports Medicine (NASM).  I will work closely with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your specific needs and goals. I offer a range of resources including workout plans, nutritional guidance, meal prep recipes, 24/7 support, trusted resources and more! My coaching is fully personalized and will have you achieving your goals in no time! I work with you to create a fully personalized workout program that best fits your needs and schedule! My training is always based off of science and evidence concluded research. I specialize in muscle building and weight lose. I condition fitness enthusiast to get their dream physique 

24/7 Support from your coach:

You will receive 24/7 support where you will be able to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns, and i will get back to you as soon as possible! This has been proven to be an extremely valuable tool for my clients, each and every one of them frequently reach out to me because i truly care about you and your success.

Mindset Development:

Achieving your dream physique is more than just working out and being on top of your nutrition. Its also about creating discipline, healthy habits, controlling cravings, an more! I help with this by providing frequent motivation, check-ins, and calls to keep you accountable while also breaking through those mental barriers!

Nutritional Guidance:

Achieving your goals is 80/20! What this means is 80% nutrition and 20% workouts. You could workout for 4 hours a day everyday, but if your nutrition isn't in check then you wont maximize your results! That being said, i help you with nutrition by providing you with meal prep recipes, a grocery shopping assistance list, custom macros, and general guidance!
